Farmers Markets in Chandler

Perfect for a sunny Saturday stroll, farmers markets are a favorite for visitors and locals alike. The festive, open-air marketplaces feature local products, including locally grown, seasonal produce, grass-fed meats, local eggs, cheeses and butter, freshly baked breads, Arizona honey, jellies and salsas, assorted specialty foods and artisan crafts.

Visitors will find two Chandler AZ farmers markets open nearly, year-round on Saturdays providing a lively atmosphere for visitors to shop and enjoy various activities.

Downtown Chandler Farmers Market

Located in Downtown Chandler is a year-round market operated by the Downtown Chandler Community Partnership, a non-profit organization that programs activities and marketing for the downtown district. The year-round, farmers market offers locally grown and made products from 30-50 vendors. Downtown Chandler parking is plentiful, and most parking spots are free and easily accessible to the market, which takes place in Dr. A.J. Chandler Park-West on Saturdays, with seasonal hours:

October – May
Saturdays from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Summer Farmers Market Hours June - September
Saturdays from 7 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

Enjoy Yoga in the Park when visiting the Downtown Chandler Farmers Market, on Saturdays from October through April. This donation-based class is held seasonally on Saturdays, at 10:00 a.m. in conjunction with the market and the 45-minute class is perfect for all levels and great for an introduction to yoga. Bring a mat, sunscreen, and water to this outdoor class held in the Dr. A.J. Chandler Park West grassy area, next to the Crust Restaurant. 

Starting in October, Kids Day at the Market is held the first Saturday of each month in conjunction with the Chandler Public Library at 9 a.m., children of all ages can enjoy activities and play life-size games in Dr. A.J. Chandler Park West from 9:00-11:00 a.m.

Greenhouse Gardens

Located in south Chandler, Greenhouse Gardens is a family-run, urban farm offering a seasonal selection of farm-fresh food every Saturday morning. Specializing in organic, seasonal vegetables, fruit, and herbs, the farm operates with no pesticides and is chemical-free. Visitors will enjoy the intimate setting of the working farm, chatting with the farmers themselves, and the occasional tour.
