We want to spread the word about your event! Visit Chandler actively promotes events happening here and we're always searching for fun events for Chandler visitors to experience.
What type of events are listed?
The event calendar on Visit Chandler is designed to appeal to visitors and locals seeking leisure activities. Before you submit your event, consider asking yourself - "Would I or someone I know, attend an event like this while on vacation?"
Examples include live music, performing arts shows, festivals, museum and art gallery exhibitions, culinary events, car shows, festivals and sporting events. Events must be held in Chandler or at large regional event venues within Maricopa County that do not compete with Chandler events. Events such as grand openings, pet adoptions, open houses, fundraisers and membership-only events will generally not be listed, as these typically fall outside the interest of a potential visitor to Chandler. Event submissions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Event Requirements
To make event listings appealing and easily accessible to all visitors, event submissions must include the following:
- A full description of the event and what attendees can expect including contact information, location, admission fees, event website and more.
- A landscape high-resolution photo from the actual event.
Event flyers, graphics, and images submitted with text overlays or logos will not be approved. Exceptions are made for first-time events. Events must be submitted no later than 1 week before the event date, but we encourage events to be submitted as early as possible.
