Is the pass really free?
Yes! The Choose Chandler Pass is FREE and instantly delivered to your smartphone via text and email. Points are earned through checking in and redeeming special pass offers while shopping, eating, and playing at participating Chandler businesses. Points can be used to redeem prizes once you have accrued enough points to claim your desired prize.
Can I claim unlimited prizes?
Points can be used to redeem each prize one time only. Using your points does not effect your grand prize entry count. Each check in and each special offer redemption earns you 1 entry into the grand prize drawing (during grand prize entry dates). There is no limit on how many entries can be accrued for the grand prize.
How do I receive my prize?
Prizes are only available to be shipped at this time.
Please reach out to visitchandler@chandleraz.gov with your name and best mailing address once you have redeemed your prize in your pass so we can ship it out to you.
