Are the passes really free?
Yes! All passes are 100% FREE and instantly delivered to your smartphone via text and email. Points are earned through completing valid check-ins and using special pass offers while at participating Chandler locations. Points can be used to redeem prizes on select passes once you have accrued enough points to claim your desired prize.
Can I claim unlimited prizes?
No, points may only be exchanged for each Chandler-themed prize one time.
How do I receive my prize?
Some pass prizes will need to be picked up, while others are delivered via shipment. Please see prize pick up/shipment instructions when redeeming a prize in your pass.
I am already signed up and can't find my pass link. Help!

Do I need to sign up for each new pass?
In short, yes! Passes will expire every year along with any points previously accrued. For an easier sign up process, sign up for new passes in your "Explore" tab of your pass before your active passes expire.
Don't forget to use all your accrued points before your pass expires, as these will not transfer over.
How do I check in if I don't have service/my check in failed?
Call, text or email Bandwango, the technology company hosting this pass, for help checking in after your visit. Call/text (888) 921-5333 OR use the Request Support option in the pass. Please provide a photo in the participating Chandler business you visited and hold on to your receipt.
How do the giveaway drawings work?
Giveaway qualifiers are specific to each pass. To find more details on how to enter the giveaways for our passes, please see the pass description by clicking the "Learn More" button on a specific pass above or once signing up open up your pass to find the pass description.
Pass holders must follow all of the entry terms and have valid check-ins on their pass to qualify to enter giveaways. If selected as a winner, pass holders consent to being contacted about their prize.
