Just north of Downtown Chandler is a family-owned and operated restaurant, Elmer's Tacos which opened in Chandler in 1974. The Chandler Mexican restaurant has been serving great, authentic Mexican food for generations. Every year, Chandler residents and visitors can hardly wait for the holiday season to place their order for their pork tamales. For the 2023 holiday season, Elmer's offers two options for purchase, red chili or elote (corn) tamales.
