When life gives you limes, don’t just make margaritas—go out and find the best ones in town! Chandler has a seriously sippable margarita scene, and whether you’re into sweet, spicy, frozen or straight-up classic, there’s a glass (or pitcher) calling your name. We rounded up some of Chandler’s top spots where the margaritas are strong, the vibes are solid, and the happy hour deals are on point.

The Mexicano

New to Chandler, The Mexicano is already a scene. Envision a DIY margarita bar (with garnishes galore) and DJs spinning while you sip on your very own Fuego Margarita served in a souvenir piñata cup. It’s extra and it knows it. Hit their daily happy hour from 2 to 5:30 p.m. for peak marg joy.

Modern Margarita

With a modern style patio and pops of color inside, this spot feels fresh and a little fancy without trying too hard. The Spicy Prickly Pear and Blood Orange margs are bold, but we keep going back to the OG Rita, a clean, crisp margarita made with traditional blanco tequila, triple sec and agave sour. Plus, their happy hour comes with a screaming taco deal. Win-win.

Abuelo’s Mexican Restaurant

Abuelo’s is more of a classic vibe—comfy booths, big menu and a whole lineup of margaritas available on the rocks or frozen. For the ultimate experience, try the El Jefe. Hand-shaken and topped with a grilled orange and kosher salt rim, it doesn’t mess around.

Z'Tejas Southwest Grill - Margarita line-up

Z’Tejas

Z’Tejas brings the heat with its Southwestern food, but let’s talk about that Chambord Margarita. Sweet, tart, frozen, and slightly bougee, it’s definitely a fan favorite. Their weekday happy hour (Tuesday to Friday) has great drink specials and snackable apps to go with your drink of choice.

La Ristra

This place is for the tequila lovers. With more than 100 tequilas to choose from, you know they know their margaritas. Try the Jalapeno Margarita for a spicy kick or the Sangrita if you’re keeping it chill. Bonus points for the patio, where you can catch dusk turn to night while sipping something tasty.

Ghett Yo' Taco

If you’re more into the laid-back, “let’s crush tacos and laugh a lot” kind of night, Ghett Yo' Taco is the move. Their margaritas are strong, affordable and totally unpretentious. Add Mexican street corn to the order and you’ve got yourself a solid Tuesday (or, really, any day).

Valle Luna

If you’re the “give me a marg and a view” type, Valle Luna’s got you. It’s lakeside (yes, in Chandler), and the vibe is super relaxed. Order a La Pina marg, grab a seat with a view, and enjoy some Sonoran-style Mexican eats while the breeze does its thing.
