Chandler, AZ 85225
(480) 917-8700
One of the most popular breweries in the state, SanTan Brewing Company is a great option for a laid-back bachelor or bachelorette party or the perfect way to kick off an evening of festivities. Rooftop brews: The Perch, a nearby brewery in downtown Chandler, has a rooftop that can be rented for special events and parties.
Bourbon Jack’s
11 W. Boston St.
Chandler, AZ 85225
(480) 664-1738
You don’t have to be a country music fan to kick up your heels on the dance floor or a bourbon aficionado to toast the groom (or bride) at Bourbon Jack’s, but if you are either, you won’t find a better place to party in the Valley. This “urban country bar” features live music Wednesday through Saturday and a full drink menu, including flavored vodkas, in addition to more than 200 bourbons and whiskies. Come hungry for ½-pound hamburgers, ribs, steaks, BBQ chicken, and nine different dinner salads.
D'Vine Bistro & Wine Bar
3990 S. Alma School Rd.
Chandler, AZ 85248
(480) 782-5550
Wine lovers will love an evening at D’Vine Bistro & Wine Bar, where they can sip selections from around the world while enjoying bruschetta, cheese platters, and hearty entrées like braised short ribs and then listen to live music Tuesday through Saturday nights. Even though D’Vine is known for its wine selection, it also has an extensive beer menu and one of Chandler’s best mixology programs.
Another option: The Keg also has a great wine selection and upscale menu, minus the live music, making it a good choice if you want to be able to talk to the bride and/or groom.

Chandler-based Painting with Canvas also provides instruction and supplies to complete a painting but will come to your home ($35 per person with a 10 person minimum).

Alamo Drafthouse
4955 S. Arizona Ave.
Chandler, AZ 85248
(520) 213-8129
Alamo Drafthouse isn’t your typical movie theater. Sure, it has nine screens for new releases, family movies, and independent films, but it also serves entrées made with locally-sourced ingredients, local craft beers, and adult milkshakes to enjoy while you watch the show. Visit the website before you go to reserve your seats and arrive early for the pre-show of cartoons and shorts (instead of the typical advertisements). The best part? Alamo has a strict no calls, no text, and no talking rule and won’t seat latecomers.
The Brickyard Downtown
85 W. Boston St.
Chandler, AZ 85225
(480) 963-1373
If your group is into craft cocktails, head to The Brickyard Downtown. The cocktail “ledger” is divided into three categories: classic cocktails, seasonal creations, and the Brickyard Hall of Fame. Plus, you’ll find 15 pages of liquors and house-made scrubs and syrups you can challenge the mixology staff to combine into a one-of-a-kind cocktail. The Brickyard specializes in small plates for sharing.
More cocktails: The Ostrich, located directly below Crust, crafts classic and historic cocktails. In fact, the mixologists here take cocktails so seriously they handcraft their own ice and make their own soda water from a jerk.
