San Marcos Golf Course
Originally opened in 1913, Arizona's first grass golf course was here at the San Marcos Golf Course in Chandler, Arizona. Today, it is an 18-hole PGA championship, par-72 course with lush fairways lined by mature Tamarisk and palm trees. The 6,640-yard course located at the Crowne Plaza San Marcos Golf Resort offers challenges with expanded lakes, reconstructed bunkers and new tee boxes for an enjoyable round of golf suitable for novice and experienced golfers.
The course easily accommodates tournaments of up to 144 people, a couple of foursomes, or just you and an associate with equal ease. Facilities include a driving range, putting green, complete golf-pro shop, golf instruction and the ability to grab a bite or drink on-site at Grill 60.
