Great news - this special dinner is available on February 12th, 13th and 14th! Start your meal by selecting one of four starters including Heart Shaped Crab Cakes with Asian Slaw, Lemon Aioli and Fried Capers, Shrimp Cocktail with House Made Cocktail Sauce, Fried Eggplant with Tomato Jam and Goat Cheese or Smoked Salmon Mousse, Potato Pancake with Crème Fraiche and Caviar. Move on to your choice of soup or salad before selecting your entrée: Grilled Pesto Salmon with Choice of Side, Citrus Braised Chicken Thighs with Creamy Polenta and Fried Carrot Strings, a 6 oz. Filet Mignon with Choice of Side, or 10 oz. Ribeye. Of course, for an additional charge - you may elect to add a 6 oz. Lobster Tail to your entrée. Arizona's original golf resort's Chef Aaron has created a sumptuous Valentine's Day Brunch that will featured Chef-Carved Prime Rib, Grilled Chicken with Picatta sauce, Pan Roasted Salmon with Roasted Pepper Coulis, Waffle Station, Chef-Attended Omelet Station, Eggs Benedict, Smoked Salmon with Mini Bagels, Peel and Eat Shrimp with Cocktail Sauce, Assorted Danishes, Muffins and Pastries, Salads, Cheese and Fruit Display and plenty of Desserts!
