In the morning, opt for bagels, fresh baked pastries and muffins (including gluten-free options), parfaits, and fresh juices. For lunch or dinner, order a chopped salad, sandwich, or protein bowl.

For lunch, you’ll find salads, sandwiches, and a line-up of grilled cheese variations. A sandwich—for breakfast or lunch—will be under $9.

This fast casual eatery lives up to its motto: “A million ways to eat fresh and healthy.” You select a protein, a sauce, and four add-ins ranging from black beans to mandarin oranges. The staff sautés your choices while you wait and pours if over your choice of noodles, rice, pasta, spinach, or romaine. You can also “design your own” salad, or you can order a gourmet salad, hearty soup, or grilled panini. Most offerings at Fresh Millions range from $6 to $8.

Choose from curries, rice dishes like biryani, Indian breads, and dosai, crepes filled with flavorful combinations. From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., you have the option of eating from the buffet for $9.
